Answer: YES.

There have been several studies which have shown that men have a reduced risk of contracting HIV after they have been circumcised. However, it is important to continue to use condoms and other HIV-prevention methods such as getting tested for HIV, and avoiding bodily fluids from someone who is HIV positive.
