Answer: YES. Being HIV-positive does not mean that your life is over. Once you are receiving treatment it is important for you to stay healthy by eating properly, exercising and staying away from harmful substances such as cigarettes as well as drinking alcohol excessively. You also have to take your HIV medication as prescribed by the doctor. It is also important to use condoms so that you do not infect your partner or risk infecting yourself again.

yes that is if yu play it safe use a condom if yr Cd4 count reaches an undetecteble level & yr viral load is less yu can still have kids
